Early registration for ACR Convergence 2026 is open. General registration launched globally on June 1, 2026, following an exclusive members-only priority period. Secure discounted early rates by completing your booking through the official American College of Rheumatology Annual Meeting Registration Portal.
Important Deadlines
- August 26, 2026: Early registration rates officially close. Fees increase to standard rates after this date.
- September 7, 2026 (5:00 PM ET): Final day to request a registration cancellation.
Registration Tiers & Access Passes
Fees are customized based on membership tier, and joining the ACR/ARP unlocks the lowest registration rates.
- In-Person Plus Pass: Grants access to all live sessions in Orlando, the physical Exhibit Hall, and complete on-demand session recordings.
- In-Person Pass: Provides full access to live physical events and a standard selection of post-event recordings.
- On-Demand Exclusions: Please note that highly interactive components—such as Preconference courses, add-on courses, active learning blocks, and networking sessions—are strictly live-only and will not be recorded for on-demand playback. On-demand recordings for standard sessions remain accessible online through October 31, 2027.
Funding & Scholarship Deadlines
- Choose Rheumatology Scholarship: Targeted at students and residents looking to discover the specialty. The deadline to submit applications online is August 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. Eligible winners receive complimentary registration and direct travel support.
