The ACR Convergence 2026 Exhibit Hall provides a central marketplace for companies to showcase advancements in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare technology. The exhibit area serves as a primary hub for global rheumatology professionals to network and discover tools designed to optimize patient care and clinical practice performance.
The main exhibition is scheduled alongside the scientific sessions from November 6–11, 2026, in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Key Exhibitor Deadlines & Payment Terms
- June 30, 2026: Deadline for 100% full booth space payment. Applications submitted after this date require full immediate payment.
- September 25, 2026: Final deadline to submit the mandatory Exhibitor Giveaway and Activity Request Form. All promotional handouts and booth activities must be pre-approved under ACR regulations.
- October 16, 2026 (12:00 PM ET): Final deadline for exhibitors and participating non-profits to submit applications for hosting official Affiliate Events.
Space Cancellation & Reduction Penalties
Written requests for modifications or cancellations sent to Exhibit Operations are subject to fees.
- April 18 – May 31, 2026: 50% penalty plus a $275 fee per 100 net sq ft.
- June 1, 2026, onward: 100% penalty (non-refundable) plus a $275 fee per 100 net sq ft.
Official Event Contractors & Service Providers
Logistics and orders are managed through the ACR Industry Engagement Platform using approved vendors for services, including general decoration, housing, audio-visual equipment, and marketing.
